Join Lonnie Galt-Theis for two deeply nourishing afternoons of gentle and restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and metta (loving-kindness). These gentle, heart-centered practices are designed to soothe the body and nervous system, replenish your energy, open your heart, and reconnect you with your authentic inner essence.
We’ll begin with gentle warm-ups and restorative postures supported by props, weaving in loving-kindness phrases to cultivate safety, well-being, warmth, and friendliness. From this place of deep ease, you’ll be guided into the sacred experience of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep — a meditative journey through the layers of body, mind, and spirit, where we rest in turiya, the fourth state of pure awareness.
Expect a peaceful, supported space to soften, release, and be held. This is an invitation to slow down and receive — to restore your energy, clear your mind, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
